2024 Inskip Point Cleanup Weekend

Are you passionate about the Environment? Love taking nature/beach walks while making a difference in our community? Join Environmental Divers clean up crew Fraser Coast 4x4 club and Brisbane Waste Warriors for clean up Australia.

This event will help rejuvenate the national park and camping area in the Rainbow Beach National Park, whilst surrounded by the lush greenery of the National Park and breathtaking views of the ocean and enjoying the stunning beach.  Armed with gloves and trash bags, we will engage in tackling any waste that threatens the health and vitality of this National Park.

Our mission is to promote sustainability and green living in our local communities. By participating in this event, you become part of a passionate group of individuals committed to building a conscious movement towards a cleaner and greener future. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded people, make a positive impact, and connect with nature on a deeper level.

The event will run over 2 days with the option to participate for 1 or 2 days.  There is camping sites available for anyone who wishes to spend the weekend.

This is open to people of all ages and fitness levels. You don't need to be a scuba diver to attend this event, just passionate about the environment and want to make a difference. We will be camping at MV Natone campsite with signs pointing to our camp. We will be proving a sausage sizzle lunch. Our objective is to stop the rubbish from entering our oceans, reducing the impact on marine and animal life. We run events throughout the year collecting and removing the waste that has been carelessly discarded or left behind.
